New Delhi: Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor’s stepfather and Ishaan Khatter’s dad Rajesh Khattar and his wife Vandana Sajnani welcomed their first child together after 11 years of marriage. The ‘Beyhadh’ actor had announced the arrival of his baby boy Vanraj Krishna on Janmashtami last year. Rajesh, who embraced fatherhood at the age of 53, posted the first photos of his son on the occasion of his 12th wedding anniversary.


“Hello Everyone (my first hello to all you wonderful people)Dad says world is going through trying times but this too shall pass & for us children,you all are going to make this world more beautiful than it ever was. We kids believe & thank all of you for this promise #stayhome #staysafe & keep us safe ???? #vanrajkhattar ( #happyanniversary #momdad ,though ur 12th but its a special one as your first with me),” Rajesh wrote while sharing the photos.

Rajesh Khatter has now shared photos of his reel life sons Harshad Chopda and Shehzad Shaikh and real life son Vanraj Krishna. He captioned the post, “#throwback Reel one’s awed by Real One ♥️♥️ @harshad_chopda @shehzadss #vanrajkhattar.”

Rajesh Khattar played the role of Harshvardhan Hooda in Colors TV’s ‘Bepannaah’. Harshad Chopda and Shehzad Shaikh played the roles of his sons- Aditya Hooda and Ajun Hooda respectively. Jennifer Winget was last seen as the female lead in the show, which went off air on November 30, 2018.

Rajesh Khattar is the father of Bollywood actor Ishaan Khatter, who will be next seen in 'Khaali Peeli' opposite Ananya Panday. Rajesh was earlier married to Shahid and Ishaan’s mother Neelima Azeem. They parted ways in 2001. The actor tied the knot with Vandana in 2008.

On the professional front, Rajesh Khattar has worked in films like 'Don', 'Don 2', 'Khiladi 786', 'Race 2', to name a few. He has also featured in TV shows like 'Beyhadh', ' Kya Qusoor Hai Amala Ka?' and 'Bidaai'.
