New Delhi: Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai fame actor Rajesh Kumar, widely known for his character of Rosesh in the comic sitcom, has reportedly tested positive for the novel Coronavirus. According to the reports, Rajesh, who is currently shooting as the male lead for Binaifer and Sanjay Kohli’s show Excuse Me Madam, seems to be asymptomatic and is apparently being treated at home.

Rajesh Kumar is an Indian actor, best known for his role as Subodh Thakkar in the Star Plus hit comedy-drama series Baa Bahoo Aur Baby and as Rosesh Sarabhai in Star One hit sitcom Sarabhai vs Sarabhai.

Just a few days ago, he had returned to the sets and started shooting for his upcoming show 'Excuse Me Madam' which will soon sir on Star Bharat.



According to a TOI report, the actor has been taking all the safety measures all this while. A few days ago when he stepped out to buy things for Ganesh Chaturthi, he possible contacted the infection that time.

As quested by the leading daily, Rajesh has been asymptomatic from the day. The actor reportedly revealed that he does not have cold or cough, but feel lethargic and has lost his sense of taste and smell.

As per the reports, Rajesh's residence and nearby area has been sanitized by the authorities and the neighbours have been informed to be cautious. Even the producers and people on the shooting sets have been informed of Rajesh's health. Meanwhile, the actor has opted to undergo quarantine for the period of 14 days at his home.
