Salman is considered as one of the strongest contenders of the reality show. His entry had annoyed Jhalak's contestants Nora Fatehi as she felt that his entry was unfair.
However, when leading daily Times of India buzzed Salman about the same he said, “I know a lot of contestants feel it’s unfair to have me on board, but it is the call of the production team.”
