New Delhi: It’s to send congratulatory messages to popular TV actress Rucha Hasabnis as she has become a mother. The beautiful actress, who is fondly known for her role of Rashi Modi in Star Plus’ ‘Saath Nibhana Saathiya’, gave birth to her first child on December 10, 2019. Rucha and her husband Rahul Jagdale have become parents of a baby girl.


Rucha Hasabnis took to Instagram to share the good news with her fans. She posted a photo in which she and her hubby can be seen holding their newborn daughter’s tiny fingers.

The caption for the post read, “10.12.19. Our bundle of joy has arrived. And it’s a girl!!#newchapterbegins #newborn #babygirl #gratefulheart #blessed.”

Several TV celebs including Adaa Khan and Sana Makbul congratulated the actress on her daughter’s birth. “Congratulations baby sooo happy for u both,” Adaa commented.

Rucha’s ‘Saathiya’ co-star Devoleena Bhattacharjee dropped a comment on the post. She wrote, “Congratulations Raa @ruchahasabnis ????❤️so soo happy for you.”

Rucha and Rahul got married in a traditional Maharashtrian ceremony on January 26, 2015. The couple is quite excited to welcome a little bundle of joy into their lives.


On the professional front, Rucha made her TV debut with the Marathi series. However, it was her role of Rashi Jigar Modi, which made her a household name.
