Shashi Sumeet Production's popular Sony TV show 'Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai', based on the youngsters' love story and is set in the 1990s, began in 2017 and its loyal audience is still loving the show. The lead couple, Randeep Rai aka 'Sameer' and Ashi Singh aka 'Naina', too are winning hearts with their performances as well as on-screen chemistry. But here comes bad news for the fans of 'Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai'. The latest buzz suggests that 'Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai' is all set to go off-air very soon.

Yes, you read that right!

Reportedly, 'Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai' will bid adieu to the viewers next month, i.e., August.

Speaking about the same, a source told an entertainment portal that, "The story is presently in its last phase and it will come to a logical end. In a natural progression, Sameer and Naina will realize their strength as writers and understand the importance of working together as a team. This will mark the end of the show."

The last episode of 'Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai' will reportedly air on 16th August.

"Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai will end on 16 August. The decision was taken by the channel yesterday (12 July). The production house and actors have been notified of the same," the source told IWMBuzz.

However, show's makers as well as actors are yet to react on the same.

On a related note, 'Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai' is based to the real-life story of its producers Shashi and Sumeet Mittal. The show, which is still getting a positive response from the viewers, is set to complete 2 years next month.
