No, here's a great news for the fans of Salman Khan and 'Tere Naam'. Reportedly, there’s a remake in the making for Salman Khan's 2003 hit film which went on to win 7 Filmfare award. Yes, you read that right! Reportedly, the makers have already finalized the actor who will be stepping into the 'Dabangg' actor's shoes for the remake and he is none other than TV actor Nirbhay Wadhwa.

Nirbhay confirmed the same and told an entertainment portal that, “For me the first thing that came to my mind was that I’ll be getting out of that mythological space. People can finally see my face unlike my previous shows. It is going to be fun as I can also show my body. I jumped at it and I feel everyone should watch this.”

He further told Bollywood Life that, “I’m blessed to step into Salman Khan’s shoes. He is an inspiration. I have watched him since childhood, built a body like him. So I’m really happy.”

On the career front, Nirbhay made his TV debut as 'Dushasana' in Star Plus' popular 'Mahabharat' after which he went on to feature in shows like 'Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap', 'Sankatmochan Mahabali Hanuman', 'Mahakali' among others and was last seen playing the antagonist Kaalasur (the taantrik) in Star Plus show 'Qayamat Ki Raat' featuring Vivek Dahiya and Karishma Tanna in lead roles.
