After Sony TV's 'Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai', Star Bharat's popular show 'Nimki Mukhiya' too is all set to bid adieu to the viewers. Featuring Bhumika Gurung, Abhishek Sharma, Indraneil Sengupta among others in pivotal roles, 'Nimki Mukhiya' will reportedly go off-air next month but here comes good news for the fans of the show. The latest buzz suggests that much-loved show 'Nimki Mukhiya' will be back on small-screen with second season very soon. The show will end in mid August whereas the second season will replace it immediately.

According to a leading daily, "The second season or the spin off, will be named 'Nimki Vidhayak', where Nimki (Bhumika Gurung) will go higher up on her post in the village and will hold an important post."

Speaking about the same, source told TOI that, "The makers did not feel like stretching the story hence they decided to give a logical conclusion to the show and return with a second season."

Earlier in the day, various reports suggested that Toral Rasputra & Madirakshi Mundle starrer new show 'Vaishno Devi' will replace 'Nimki Mukhiya' at the time slot of 8:30 pm. Contrary to reports, 'Vaishno Devi' will replace 'Pyaar Ke Papad'.

However, 'Nimki Mukhiya' Bhumika Gurung as well as show's makers are yet to react on the same.

'Nimki Mukhiya' went on-air in August 2017 along with Star Bharat's launch. Since then, the show is fetching decent ratings for the channel and is all set to complete two years next month. The fans will surely miss 'Nimki Mukhiya' and it'll be interesting to if show's second season will be able to create the same magic or not.
