Sheezan Mohd is seen religiously following his fitness routine and is clearly asking his fans to do so during the lockdown of the gyms across the country too. Sheezan Mohd workout is all about 'jugaad' right now. In his recent social media post, he is seen motivating everyone as he teaches exercises that one can practice anytime during the day inside the house with some of you home materials, he took 4 milk packets 1 kilos each and 5 kg flour packet for his biceps. He had shared this on his Instagram story.
