New Delhi: 'Naagin 2' is winning audience' hearts since day one but all is not well between the stars and the makers of the show off-screen.
Well, we are talking about Sudha Chandran who portrays the character of Yamini. According to the reports, the actress had a major showdown with the director Kushal Zaveri .
If reports are to be believed, things turned ugly between them when Kushal found Sudha carrying script on the sets. Following their spat, the shoot was halted for nearly four hours and it resumed after production house's intervention.
Leading daily Times Of India quoted Sudha as saying, "The director had an issue with me holding the script on the set. What should I be holding then? A beer glass? They should have a problem with people bringing their mobile phones to the set. I never attend calls when I am shooting."
On being asked how they can fight over holding script, Sudha said, "Kushal told me that I delay the shoot as I never read my script in advance and do it just before the scene. How is it humanly possible to learn the lines in one glance? I was taken aback by the allegation as I have a career of 30 years. No one can point fingers at my professionalism."
"I respect my work, and decided to walk out after completing the scene. I informed the production house, and they were considerate enough to come down to the set. Kushal insisted that he was right and didn't apologise. I hope to get justice soon," the actress further elaborated.
Post the showdown, Sudha completed her scene and went to her vanity like a true professional. On the other hand Kushal did not realise his mistake and refused to apologise, reports claim.
