'Mastermind' Vikas Gupta is coming back on our TV screens with the second season of 'MTV Ace of Space' from next week on 24th August. The makers of 'Ace of Space 2' have roped in few known names as participants. As reported earlier, 'MTV Roadies Rising' runner-up and 'MTV Splitsvilla 10' winner Baseer Ali is set to participate in 'MTV Ace of Space 2'. Latest reports suggest that, two former 'Bigg Boss' contestants too have said yes to participate in the upcoming reality show.

According to a leading daily, "Former Bigg Boss contestants Deepak Thakur and Lucinda Nicholas have been confirmed for the show."

Speaking about the same, sources told TOI that, "Deepak and Lucinda have given their nod for the show and have agreed to get locked inside the house."

The news will surely make their fans elated.

'Ishqbaaaz' & 'Sasural Simar Ka' fame Krissann Barretto is also finalised to participate in 'Ace Of Space 2' whereas the makers are in talks with 'Bigg Boss 12' fame Rohit Suchanti too. However, the official announcement of 'Ace of Space 2' contestants is still awaited.

'Bigg Boss 12' Commoner Contestant Set To Make Acting Debut Alongside Shakti Kapoor, Jaya Prada Among Others!

Coming back to Lucinda and Deepak, the duo were seen as participants in different season of controversial reality show 'Bigg Boss' hosted by Salman Khan. While Lucinda was Vikas Gupta's co-contestant in 'Bigg Boss 11', Deepak Thakur became a household name after his stint in 'Bigg Boss 12'. He was one of the finalists of 'BB 12' along with Dipika Kakar and S. Sreesanth.

Talking about Vikas Gupta's MTV show, 'Ace of Space' is the reality show in which contestantswill fight it out for the most basic means of existence - space. In the first season, Vikas was seen monitoring all the contestants in the show, controlling and manipulating their moves. The show was a hit among viewers and 'MTV Splitsvilla 10' fame Divya Agarwal was declared as the winner of 'MTV Ace of Space' season 1.
