Ekta Kapoor's 'Kumkum Bhagya', featuring Sriti Jha & Shabir Ahluwalia in lead roles, went on-air in April 2014 and is still a regular name in BARC's weekly TRP list of top 10 shows. Also featuring Mugdha Chaphekar, Krishna Kaul and Naina Singh in pivotal roles, 'Kumkum Bhagya' is now all set to witness a new entry. The makers of popular Zee TV show are planning to introduce a new villain and have roped in a talented actor for the same.

TV actor Ravi Chhabra, who was seen playing a terrorist in 'Kundali Bhagya', is reportedly all set to enter 'Kumkum Bhagya' in a negative role.

Speaking about his entry, sources informed an entertainment portal that, "Kundali Bhagya fame actor Ravi Chhabra, who was last seen in Star Plus’ mythological show Namah has been roped in to play a negative character in the show. Apparently he will be seen playing a kidnapper called Mahendra."

The sources further told India Forums that, "Ravi’s entry will cause great troubles in the narrative for the leads."

However, the actor as well as makers are yet to react on the same.

On the career front, Ravi Chhabra has also been a part of various shows like 'Paramavatar Shri Krishna', 'Muskaan', 'Vikram Betaal' and 'Vignaharta Ganesh'.
