Gul Khan's popular Star Plus show 'Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala', featuring Mohit Malik, Aakriti Sharma, Myra Singh and Anjali Anand in pivotal roles, has managed to strike a chord with the viewers ever since it went on-air in March 2018. However, 'Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala' has been witnessing a constant decrease in the TRP ratings since past few months and recently it was confirmed that the show will be shifted to the early evening time-slot of 6:30pm.

As per recent reports, the makers are planning to introduce a time leap in 'Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala' post which 'Internet Wala Love' fame Tunisha Sharma might play the role of grown-up 'Kulfi' in the Star Plus show. Now, latest buzz suggests that 'Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala' lead actress Mohit Malik aka 'Sikandar Singh Gill' might discontinue his association with the show post leap.

Yes, you read that right!

According to an India Forums report, the leap in 'Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala has now been finalized and post which Mohit Malik will not be a part of the show.

However, the actor as well as 'Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala' makers are yet to react on the same.

On a related note, child actress Aakriti Sharma is playing the role of protagonist 'Kulfi' in the Star Plus show along with Mohit Malik and the duo is getting rave reviews for their performances since beginning. Viewers also love their father-daughter chemistry in the show.

If the news of Mohit Malik quitting 'Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala' post leap turns out to be true then it'll be interesting to see if the character of 'Sikandar' will die or another actor will replace him in the show.

Another Gul Khan show 'Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka', featuring Vikram Singh Chauhan and Aditi Sharma in lead roles, will take over 'Kullfi Kumar Bajewala' 8:30pm slot from next week (14th October). Watch the show's promo below:
