New Delhi: Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’ has become one of the most popular shows in recent times. The romantic saga starring Parth Samthaan, Erica Fernandes and Hina Khan is not only creating buzz on social but also topping the TRP charts. The current track of the show has managed to keep the viewers hooked on to their television sets.


Hina Khan, who plays the role of Komolika in ‘Kasautii 2’, has shot for her last episode. The ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ actress, who is currently making waves at Cannes Film Festival 2019, has taken break from the show to focus on other work commitments.

Post Komolika’s exit, Mr Bajaj will enter the lives of Anurag and Prerna. Ronit Roy played the role of original Mr Bajaj in Shweta Tiwari starrer 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay'. Speculations were rife that Karan Wahi would play the role of new Mr. Rishabh Bajaj in the reboot version of ‘Kasautii’. However, as per the latest buzz, Karan Singh Grover has bagged the coveted role in the show.

Several names including Siddharth Shukla, Iqbal Khan and Hiten Tejwani were in contention to play the role in ‘Kasautii 2’.

Now, a report in an entertainment portal has suggested that Ekta Kapoor even approached two Bollywood actors to play the part. Yes, you read that right.

The TV Czarina approached Arjun Rampal and Milind Soman to play the role of Mr Bajaj in ‘Kasautii 2’, the report in SpotboyE said. However, things couldn’t materialize.

Talking about the show, Komolika will soon fake her death and Anurag will get arrested for her murder. Mr. Bajaj is expected to enter in Prerna’s life in Anurag’s absence.

After ‘Who is playing Komolika?,’ the big question on everyone’s mind is ‘Who is playing new Mr. Bajaj?’, isn’t it? We hope Ekta Kapoor reveals the name of the person playing the character soon.
