Here's an exciting news for all the fans who are eagerly waiting for  Kasauti Zindagi Kay 2 which will be aired on Star Plus soon. The reboot version of Ekta Kapoor's cult show Kasauti Zindagi Kay has hooked fans ever since it was announced and from the past few days excitement level in fans soared when the leading lady Prerna and vamp Kamokila were confirmed by the makers.


For the uninitiated, Erica Fernandez will be seen as the leading lady Prerna originally portrayed by Shweta Tiwari, whereas Hina Khan is the new vamp Kamolika.[CONFIRMED! TV actress Hina Khan to play Kamolika in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2]

And now if buzz is to be believed than actor Ssharad Malhotra who was last seen in the lead role in Ekta Kapoor's 'Kasam' has been finalised for the role of Anurag Basu originally played by Cezanne Khan.



According to reports, Ssharad Malhotra and Barun Sobti were in the race to play the character. However, the makers have locked down Malhotra for the role. A report published in tellychakkar states that Ssharad will soon sign the deal.
