"I am travelling to my hometown first time on Sunday after my mother passed away (three years ago). I'll be missing her. Its unusual to go home and don't find your mother waiting for you at the door," Amrapali said in a statement.
"I remember days when she used to shower her love on me. Also, thinking that my son Kabir will never get (maternal) grandmother's love is more hurting," added Amrapali, who is married to actor Yash Sinha.
Amrapali and Yash have a son named, Kabir. Earlier in an interview with IANS, actress revealed, "I feel Yash is superior to me in terms of acting. That's why he got a chance to star in Karan Johar's 'Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya'. I was so proud of him looking at him sharing screen space with actors Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan. I want my son Kabir to be like his daddy only."
Amrapali has done hit shows like, 'Banoo Mein Teri Dulhan', 'Devon Ke Dev..Mahadev', 'Tujh Sang Preet Lagai Sajna', and 'Qubool Hai'. She was last seen in popular Star Plus show 'Ishqbaaz'.
