New Delhi: ‘Bigg Boss’ is one of the most followed and popular reality shows on Indian television. The last season of the show was won by ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ and ‘Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum’ actress Dipika Kakar. ‘Bigg Boss 12’ failed to set the TRP charts on fire and was deemed boring by the fans on social media.


The makers of the show are gearing up for ‘Bigg Boss 13’ and they have approached several celebrities. Interestingly, the thirteen season of Salman Khan’s show will only feature celebs as contestants. Commoners are not expected to participate in the reality show.

Gossip mills are buzzing with the rumours that ‘Bigg Boss 13’ has got its first confirmed contestant. A popular TV is rumoured to sign the dotted lines for the show soon.

A report in an entertainment portal has suggested that the ‘Naagin 3’ actress has been almost finalized for ‘BB 13’. The actress is expected to sign the contract soon.

“Pavitra has almost been finalised for Season 13 of Bigg Boss.  Pavitra recently had a long meeting with Colors (broadcaster of Bigg Boss) and will soon sign the contract,” a source told SpotboyE.

Pavitra played the role of Poulomi in Surbhi Jyoti and Pearl V Puri’s much-loved show ‘Naagin 3’.

Talking about Pavitra, the gorgeous actress shot to fame after playing the role of Nidhi Chhabra in Star Plus ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’. She was a participant in MTV Splitsvilla 3 and made her TV debut with ‘Love U Zindagi’ opposite Siddharth Shukla. The ‘Kawach- Kali Shaktiyon Se’ actress is currently seen in ‘Daayan’ as Chandrika.


Pavitra Punia is known to set the internet on fire with her hot pictures on social media. The actress grabbed eyeballs last year after her break-up with Paras Chhabra.

Salman Khan will continue to host Bigg Boss for the tenth consecutive time. The actor, who is basking in the success of 'Bharat', is also producing 'Nach Baliye 9'. Speculations are rife that horror can be the theme of 'Bigg Boss 13', if things materialize.  The reality show is expected to hit the airwaves from September 29 this year.

Popular TV actors including Karan Patel, Pooja Banerjee, Devoleena Bhattacharjee, Ankita Lokhande, Karan Vohra, Dayanand Shetty & Meghna Malik have been approached for ‘Bigg Boss 13’. Boxer Vijender Singh, Himansh Kohli, Rajpal Yadav are also rumoured to participate in the show.
