Colors show 'Gathbandhan', featuring Shruti Sharma and Abrar Qazi in the lead roles of 'Dhanak' and 'Raghu' respectively, is fetching decent numbers as compared to other shows on the popular GEC. Viewers are liking the show's story line and the makers are trying their level best to make the show more interesting and entertaining. According to latest reports, the makers of 'Gathbandhan' are set to introduce a new villain in the show.

Reportedly, TV actor Nitin Goswami might soon enter 'Gathbandhan' as the villain.

Speaking about the same, sources told Tellychakkar that, "If things get finalize, Nitin will be playing the negative lead in Gathbandhan. He is been in talks to play the character of a senior officer who will give tough time to Dhanak (Shruti Sharma)."

On the career front, Nitin Goswami was seen playing the negative role of 'Dushyant Rana' in Shabir Ahluwalia & Sriti Jha's popular show 'Kumkum Bhagya' and was last seen playing the leaf role in &TV's 'Siddhi Vinayak' . Now, it'll be interesting to see if the actor will finally enter 'Gathbandhan' or not.
