New Delhi: Salman Khan’s ‘Bigg Boss 13’ has managed to win the hearts of the viewers with its blockbuster episodes. The popular reality show will air its much-awaited grand finale on February 15. The contestants of the show, be it Sidharth Shukla, Asim Riaz or Rashami Desai, have created a lot of buzz on social media. Several fans are rooting for Sidharth and Asim to win the show. However, there is one underdog, who also has high chances of winning ‘Bigg Boss 13’. We are talking about Rashami Desai.

Here are five reasons why she should win ‘Bigg Boss 13’!

Standing up against Sidharth Shukla

If there is one girl inside the ‘BB 13’ house, who has never changed sides and joined Sidharth Shukla’s team, she is Rashami Desai. Sidharth has often been slammed for his aggression and abuses and very few girls called out him for his behaviour. Mahira was the first female contestant to lock horns with Sidharth but things fizzled out after she and Paras joined Shukla’s team.

When Sidharth used the words ‘Aisi Ladki’, Rashami lashed at him and stood her ground despite facing criticism from the host and housemates.

Is stealing pasta a crime? The actress was taunted several times by the other housemates but she continued to give back to the co-contestants in her own way.

Showing her real side

TV bahus are often criticised for taking their on-screen avatar too seriously and not revealing their true sides in the ‘Bigg Boss’ house. How long can one fake it in front of the camera? Last year’s winner Dipika Kakar also faced a lot of flak from being fake. However, her detractors later became her supporters.

Rashami’s game was slow in the beginning but she picked up pace in the last two months. The ‘Dil Se Dil Tak’ actress has not only shown her emotional side but also her strong and fierce attitude. After all, Bigg Boss is all about showing all shades of personality, isn’t it? Crying is not a sign of weakness. As Bigg Boss said, Rashami is a popular TV star and she played the game like a star.

Interestingly, Rashami is one of the few female contestants to call out Paras Chhabra, Asim Riaz and Sidharth Shukla for their behaviour.

Taking a stand for herself and calling out the bias

How often do you see ‘Bigg Boss’ contestants calling out the makers for being biased? After all, you are supposed to give a huge sum of money to the channel in case you wish to quit the show. Host Salman Khan often asked Rashami and Asim to leave the show but they didn’t. However, they continued to take a stand for themselves in front of the ‘Dabangg 3’ actor. She didn't shied away from calling a spade a spade and never tried to remain in the good books of other contestants for the sake of the game.

Stayed strong despite the emotional turmoil

Rashami Desai and Arhaan Khan’s relationship set several tongues wagging. Her personal life became the talk of the town after host Salman Khan revealed unknown things about Arhaan during a ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ episode. No celebrity or even a commoner would want her personal life to become a topic of discussion on national television. Rashami maintained her calm and stayed strong despite the emotional turmoil.

The best friend ever

It’s rare to see two top TV actresses become friends. No, we are not saying this. The industry says so. Rashami Desai and Devoleena Bhattacharjee’s bond was one of the highlights of ‘Bigg Boss 13’. The small screen divas shared a close bond with each other and continued to support each other.

Rashami supported Paras and Mahira throughout the first stage of ‘Bigg Boss 13’. Despite being called names by Paras, she continued to say good things about her. As a true friend, she corrected them when they went wrong and made mistakes. Although, Paras and Mahira didn't agree to it but Rashami played a role in helping them reach the second stage.

Rashami and Asim’s friendship has blossomed quite well and we could see the two popular contestants taking a stand for each other. Their friendship seemed genuine and not for the sake of the game.

Rashami even gave timely advises to Shehnaaz Gill and sacrificed her personal stuff for Vishal Aditya Singh in the captaincy task.

From applying mehendi on her face for a task to becoming a joker and entertaining the housemates, Rashami has tried to give her best shot. Who can ever forget her performance on 'Aye Udi Udi'?

‘Bigg Boss’ is not only about playing the tasks and showing aggression. There’s not a single parameter to judge and decide the winner of the show. Even the press reporters agreed that Rashami kept her points quite well in front of everyone.
