According to an entertainment portal, "A track in the matured love drama demanded a kissing scene between the two characters Ahana and Rehan played by Smiriti Kalra and Aashim Gulati respectively. However, a source reveals that Smiriti put her foot down and refrained to kiss on screen. The makers understanding her point didn’t force her to do the sequence."
Speaking about the same, Smriti told Tellychakkar that, “There’s nothing of that sorts happening. I wasn’t comfortable doing a scene, so there is no smooch sequence happening. If I would have kissed him on television, everyone would have gone berserk and started writing about it which is something I’m not looking forward to.”
The 'Star Plus' show is receiving a lot of critical-acclaim for its story & performances. But, the show is not infecting good numbers & there are also reports that 'Dil Sambhal Jaa Zara' might go off-air as well. Though nothing is confirmed yet.
'Dil Sambhal Jaa Zara' went on-air in October last year and also stars Bollywood actor Sanjay Kapoor in the lead. The show is an adaptation of a worldwide hit Turkish drama 'Aşk-ı Memnu'.
