New Delhi: Popular TV actress Devoleena Bhattacharjee took to social media to urge Mumbai Police and Maharashtra government to take 'strict action' against Divya Bhatnagar's husband Gagan Gabru. The 'Bigg Boss 13' contestant accused Gagan Gabru of 'abusing and assaulting' Divya and requested the police officials to initiate action against him. Devoleena Requests Mumbai Police To Take Action Against Gagan Gabru

Divya Bhatnagar's Audio Clip

Devoleena shared an audio clip on Instagram in which Divya can be heard talking about her husband's abusive behavior. The late actress, in the audio, said that she suffered a lot during the COVID-19 lockdown. "I ran away as he threatened to cause harm to my brother and mother. I didn't listen to my well-wishers when they warned me about him," Divya said in the clip. Divya Bhatnagar Death The 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' actress passed away due to COVID-19 complications on December 7. She was admitted to the hospital in a serious condition. Divya's sudden demise has left the TV industry in a state of shock. A prayer meet was held for the talented actress in Mumbai.
