Mumbai: ‘Bigg Boss 14’ winner Rubina Dilaik, who tested positive for COVID-19, shared an update about her health on social media. The popular TV actress posted a video on Instagram to wish her fans on the occasion of Eid and thank them for their prayers and support.
Rubina said that she has recovered 70 percent after observing quarantine since the last 13 days. She expressed gratitude towards her well-wishers and family members for sending their prayers while she battled the virus.

“A quick update. I am feeling good, I have recovered 70 percent. I am bouncing back to my normal healthy self. Thank you so much for prayers and wishes. I have read all the messages. It means the world to me. I am recovering and it’s all because of your prayers. My parents, friends, family and of course my wonderful husband have been there for me. This recovery has only been possible because of the love and blessings you have sent to me. Happy Eid,” she said.
Nikki Tamboli, Srishty Rode, Rahul Mahajan and other TV celebs dropped comments on the post. Rahul wrote, "Get well my friend and start shouting and screaming" while Nikki commented, "Love you baby @rubinadilaik can’t wait to seee you take care love."
Rubina had shared a heartfelt post for her mom on the occasion of Mother’s Day 2021. She mentioned that her mother is taking good care of her while she stayed in quarantine.
The Pahadi beauty went into isolation after she contracted the virus. Many small screen celebs and fans prayed for her speedy recovery after she tested positive for COVID-19.
On the professional front, Rubina is currently seen in ‘Shakti-Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki’. She made her comeback to the show after coming out of the ‘BB 14’ house. The 'Choti Bahu' fame actress left the social drama after it took a generation leap in 2020.
Dilaik, who enjoys a significant fan following, featured in two music videos after winning Salman Khan’s ‘Bigg Boss 2020’.
