After a disappointing 'Bigg Boss 12', the makers of India's biggest reality show are set to bring show's thirteenth season on 'Colors'. 'Bigg Boss 13' will be hosted by Bollywood superstar Salman Khan and the makers are already in talks with many popular names from film as well as TV industry. 'Bigg Boss' makers approach popular TV actor-dancer Shantanu Maheshwari almost every year for the show and latest reports suggests that they contacted him this year as well.

According to an entertainment portal, Shantanu Maheshwari was being considered for 'Bigg Boss 13' and the makers even approached him.

Shantanu reacted on the same and has made it clear that he is not participating in 'Bigg Boss' season 13. Confirming the same, Shantanu told SpotboyE that, “Bigg Boss mujhse kabhi nahi hoga. I don't think I will be able to give that content which the makers expect. I am not cut out for Bigg Boss.” When asked if he was offered this season as well, the actor replied, "I will refrain to answer this (laughs).”

Well, the actor couldn't be a contestant in 'Bigg Boss 13' as he is reportedly participating in Salman Khan produced upcoming reality show 'Nach Baliye 9' with actress-girlfriend Nityaami Shirke. The couple recently worked together in the web-series 'Medically Yours' which is currently streaming on Ekta Kapoor's OTT platform ALTBalaji. While official announcement regarding 'Nach Baliye 9' is still awaited but Shantanu's participation is kind of confirmed.

On the career front, Shantanu Maheshwari has also participate in popular reality shows 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 9' & 'Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 8'. He walked away with the winner's trophy in 'Khatron Ke Khiladi 8' whereas he was the second runner-up of 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 9'.
