Team 'Doctors' tried their level best to make the 'Patients' leave the bed by torturing them during their operation. During the task, Paras and Devoleena tortured Sidharth Shukla using cow dung, mustard sauce, ice and waxing. Sidharth, who was very calm during the task, did the task amazingly and won it.
In the second round, Dalljiet and Mahira tortured Koena and Siddharth Dey by making them eat weird things. Koena emerged out as a strong performer as she did the task with intelligence and was declared as the winner.

On the other hand, Shefali Bagga passed personal comments to make Arti and Rashami leave the operation bed. At first, she talked about Arti's broken marriage and her rumoured relationship with Siddharth Shukla. Arti started crying after Shefali's personal attack however stayed strong during the task.
