A case has been registered against host Salman Khan, Colors CEO Raj Nayak and former 'Bigg Boss 10' contestant Swami Om for promoting obscenity and hurting the religious sentiments of Hindus in a court in Uttar Pradesh. The case has been filed by a lawyer from Bareilly, Anil Dwivedi, and the reality show might be in a legal mess.

According to a leading daily, 'The lawyer has said in his complaint that the popular reality show Bigg Boss is promoting obscenity, use of foul language and is responsible for hurting the sentiments of people of Hindu community. Dwivedi has alleged that Colors TV’s CEO and Khan, who hosts the show, are party to it.'

The complainant told HT that, "He (Swami Om) was shown consuming meat while wearing that dress thus demeaning the importance of saints in the Hindu religion."

The lawyer has insisted a stern action to be taken against Salman, Raj Nayak and Swami Om.
The hearing of the case has been set by CJM Kusumlata Rathore on February 13.
