Ashish Chowdhry just confirmed doing 'Beyhadh 2' taking to social media and wrote- "#Beyhadh2 is now turf. It’s made so much sense. Need all your love. Let’s do this #Twamily".
Speaking about his character of a mature man and a father on the show, Ashish Chowdhry told TOI: "I agree that it is completely Jenny’s (Jennifer) show. However, that’s not the approach I want to have towards my career — that I will play only titular characters and should be the solo lead; the role should be creatively satisfying, that’s all. Truly fulfilling performances are the ones that come with stepping out of comfort zones and doing something out of the box, which I am doing with this show. I don’t want to repeat myself, as it tends to get boring."
Ashish, who was last seen in TV show 'Dev' series playing a detective, will play a young father ageing through the show in 'Beyhadh 2' and Shivin will play his son. He will reportedly don the salt and pepper look for this role.
Ashish further adds: "I have no qualms about ageing on screen. I will play a cupboard if it is challenging enough. Many actors have played fathers to co-stars their age, and been appreciated for it. On TV, I have the liberty to be selective, which isn’t the case with films. I was stuck in the comic zone and felt stagnated, but I can explore various shades on the small screen."
Jennifer on the other hand is preparing for the first promo of the show and she posted pictures from the rehearsals of her aerial act for the same. She captioned the pics- "She’s crossing all boundaries of crazy this time. Ready to get entangled in her “Maya”jaal? #Beyhadh2 #MayaAgain".

Jennifer said- "For the promo shoot, we're starting off with an aerial silk act which I have immensely enjoyed rehearsing for. I'm looking forward to seeing how it translates on screen. I can't wait to get into the skin of Maya again, so brace yourselves," she said. Jennifer is "excited and nervous" at the same time."
"The show's cast and production have been inundated with requests for the return of 'Beyhadh' ever since the show wrapped up. So I know this has been something all fans will be thrilled about and I am just as excited."

And about playing the dreadful character of 'Maya' once again, Jenny said- "Maya once more?! But are we ready?! I am both excited and nervous at the same time as the stakes are raised much higher for the sequel. The show will return with twice as much intensity and I can assure my viewers who have always showered their love upon me that this season is going to be even more thrilling. Maya's hadh is going to break barriers once again in a way you can't predict."
