New Delhi: TV actor Sachin Kumar, who has featured in shows like Star Plus’ ‘Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki’ and Sony TV’s ‘Lajja’, left for his heavily abode on Friday (May 15) at his home in Andheri, Mumbai. He was 42. The actor passed away after suffering a heart attack. Sachin was Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar’s cousin. He was Akshay's paternal aunt's (bua) son.

Sachin’s close friend Rakesh Paul, while exclusively talking to ABP News’ correspondent Ravi Jain, said, "I learned from his family members that Sachin went to his room to sleep on Thursday night. His parents arranged for a key when he didn’t open the door. After opening the door, they found him lying dead in his bed."

Sachin Kumar became a professional photographer after he didn’t get much success in the field of acting. He was quite happy with his profession.

Recalling his friendship with Sachin, Rakesh Paul told ABP News, "Sachin and my friendship is more than two decades old. Our struggles started in the industry together. We were in touch with each other but I could not meet him in the last five years. We always planned to meet but somehow the plans never materialized. I knew never he would leave forever without meeting me.”

Rakesh shared Sachin's photo on Facebook and wrote, "Will always remember ur smiling face mere bhai... Sachin Kumar gone way too soon yaar... May you be in eternal peace bro..."



'Ishq Mein Marjawan' actor Vineet Raina mourned Sachin's sudden demise on Facebook.
