New Delhi: In recent months, Sonakshi Sinha's connection with Zaheer Iqbal has been well publicised. Yesterday, Zaheer released an Instagram video of himself and Sonakshi in which he says, "I love you." He sent a birthday message on Instagram to Sonakshi: "Happy Birthday Sonzzz. Thank You for not killing me. I love you. Here's to a lot more food, flights, love and laughter. PS - This video sums up the entire time we've known each other."
Now that Zaheer made their relationship public, there have been rumours circulating that the pair plans to marry this year. As expected, Sonakshi has responded to the rumours of her wedding.
Sonakshi's response to it was quite lighthearted and enjoyable. She shared a video on her Instagram with the description reading: "Me to the media: Kyu haath dho kar meri shaadi karwana chahte ho?!?” She can be seen doing a lip sync to Shah Rukh Khan's lines from the film Baazigar, “Accha lagta hai mujhe, bhut maza aata hai (I feel good. I have fun).”
In the caption, she wrote, “Proposal, roka, mehendi, sangeet sab fix kar hi liya hai toh pls mujhe bata do." Zaheer, her rumoured lover, was one of the many people to respond to the video. His response to the joke was a slew of laughing emoticons.
In Satram Ramani's next comedy flick ‘Double XL’, Sonakshi and Zaheer will be seen together. The film also stars Huma Qureshi.
