New Delhi: The latest release from Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala and rapper Divine, ‘Chorni’ out. It features Sidhu's vocals and Divine's rap and was released on Divine's YouTube channel on July 7. This collaboration marks the second time Divine and Sidhu have worked together, with their first collaboration being the song ‘Moosedrilla’ from Sidhu's album "Moosetape" released in 2021. Divine paid respect to Sidhu in his rap in the song ‘Chorni’, saying that he learned true hip-hop from Tupac, Nipsey Hussle, and Sidhu. 


‘Chorni’ was released last night and there were several "RIP Sidhu Moosewala" and "Legends never die" remarks left in the comment section of the music video by fans of the late rapper. 






One user wrote, "Always live in our hearts rest in peace" while another one wrote, "Sidhu Moosewala always Baap of music industry."

Sidhu Moose Wala, who was 28 years old, was shot on May 29, 2022.


After being shot at point-blank range, he was declared brought dead. It occurred a day after the Punjab Police had removed his and 424 others' protection. The assailants fired over 30 rounds at the singer, who was discovered unconscious in the driver's seat by locals in the Mansa district of Punjab.


The investigation revealed that gangster Lawrence Bishnoi was behind the daylight murder. According to reports, his personal associate Goldy Brar, who resides in Canada, admitted to the assassination of Moose Wala.


On Sidhu Moose Wala's death anniversary this year, the Nagar Panchayat of Jawaharke village in the Mansa district held a 'paath' in memory of Sidhu Moosewala near the site where he was killed. His mother, Charan Kaur and many locals paid a visit to his home to pay their respects.
