New Delhi: Business reality show 'Shark Tank India', which is an Indian adaptation of the popular US show 'Shark Tank', is gearing up for its third season. After running two successful seasons, this reality show is going to premiere soon on Sony TV channel. 'Shark Tank India' serves as a unique platform for aspiring inventors and entrepreneurs to present their unique ideas in front of extremely successful business tycoons, referred to as 'sharks', to board them as investors.


The Show's Judges:


The first two seasons spotlighted a diverse group of judges, including Anupam Mittal of Shaadi.com, Aman Gupta of boAt, Vineeta Singh of SUGAR Cosmetics, Emcure Pharmaceuticals' Namita Thapar, Mamaearth's Ghazal Alagh, Lenskart's Peyush Bansal, and Amit Jain of CarDekho, each bringing their unique experiences and insights.


This season too has everyone on board apart from Peyush Bansal and Ghazal Alagh.






The Show's Host:


For the previous two seasons, the show has seen two distinct TV personalities take on the role of host. The inaugural season was led by Rannvijay Singha, while the second season featured comedian Rahul Dua as the host. As anticipation builds for the highly awaited third season, as the producers have not yet disclosed the identity of the host.

Sony Entertainment Television has commenced accepting online registrations from interested participants. Prospective applicants have the option to register through either the Sony Liv App or the official website dedicated to the show.


To complete the application process, individuals are required to furnish comprehensive information, including personal and business details. Additionally, applicants must prepare a concise three-minute pitch video to showcase their business concepts and ideas effectively.


Additionally, the application process also mandates the submission of supporting documents, which typically encompass essential credentials such as the Aadhar Card, PAN Card, pertinent business particulars, company registration documents, and a Profit and Loss (P&L) statement.
