New Delhi: On January 22, devotees in Ayodhya will celebrate the consecration of Lord Ram's idol, an event that is highly anticipated. Union Minister Pralhad Venkatesh Joshi claimed that out of three statues, renowned sculptor Arun Yogiraj created the chosen one of Lord Ram. Several well-known personalities will be present at the spectacular celebration in Ayodhya on January 22.

Television actress Dipika Chikhlia, who gained recognition for her depiction of Sita in Ramanand Sagar's Ramayan television series, will be a special guest for the Ram Mandir consecration ceremony.

Dipika Chikhalia expressed her delight in a recent conversation with Aaj Tak, characterising the day as historic and profoundly significant. She expressed her love and devotion to Lord Ram and stressed the emotional impact of his 500-year journey back to Ayodhya. The actress has a special place in her heart at this moment since she played Mata Sita.

When Dipika Chikhalia received the invitation from the RSS office, she expressed her surprise and happiness. They called her Sita Ji, emphasised how important she is to the nation as a whole, and urged her to attend the function. Thankful for the acknowledgement, Dipika conveyed her joy at being associated with Sita Ji.

Nonetheless, the actress expressed her disappointment at Mother Sita's idol not being there with Lord Ram in the upcoming installation. She voiced her displeasure at the choice, as she had anticipated Mother Sita's idol would be included from the start. Dipika Chikhalia wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to request that Mother Sita's statue be placed next to Lord Ram at Ayodhya.

She underlined that she wanted Mother Sita to play a major role in the festivities, saying that including Sita Ji alongside Lord Shri Ram would make everyone extremely happy. Dipika Chikhalia's sincere plea, which reflects the strong emotional bond she has with the characters and the occasion's spiritual significance, gives the historic event a poignant new dimension.
