Mumbai: Bollywood Actress Priyanka Chopra, who shuttles between India and the US for her projects has made a significant change in real estate portfolio. The actress has reportedly purchased office space and sold off a couple of apartments in the financial hub Mumbai.


The White Tiger actress owns properties in several cities including Mumbai, Los Angeles, and Goa.

According to a MoneyControl report, Priyanka Chopra sold two apartments worth Rs7 crore. One of the properties include a residential unit located on the seventh floor of Raj Classic, Versova, Andheri (W), which was sold for Rs3 crore in March, while the unit on the same floor, but with larger square-footage fetch almost Rs4 crore.


According to the documents accessed by Zapkey.com, Priyanka leased a second-floor office property located in Vastu Precinct, Oshiwara in Andheri West, for Rs2.11 lakh per month in June. The office is spread across an area of 2040 sq ft. Last year, too the actress sold a fourth-floor unit at Karan Apartment, Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West for Rs2 crore.


Priyanka, who married American singer and song writer Nick Jonas, also have a $20 million house in Encino, Los Angeles. According to the Wall Street Journal, which broke the news of their purchase, the Los Angeles house comprises a two-lane bowling alley, a mirror-walled gymnasium, a wet bar, a movie theatre with a screen of IMAX proportions, and an indoor basketball court. It has a sprawling lounge/games room underground with a pool table.


In her last Netflix projects Priyanka acted in We Can Be Heroes and The White Tiger. She recently finished shooting Text for You, and a slew of upcoming projects are lined up including The Matrix 4, a Ma Anand Sheela biopic, a romantic comedy written by Mindy Kaling, the Amazon series Citadel, and more.
