Priyanka Chopra Performs Maha Shivratri Puja With Nick Jonas In Their Los Angeles Home - SEE PIC

This is Nick and Priyanka’s first Mahashivratri together, following the birth of their first child through surrogacy earlier this year.

New Delhi: Priyanka Chopra and her husband Nick Jonas celebrated Maha Shivratri on Tuesday at their Los Angeles home.

Priyanka Chopra posted a picture on her Instagram story today. In the picture, she and her husband, Nick, can be seen doing pooja at their family's temple in their house. 

The pair can be seen seated in front of a massive Lord Shiva statue in the background that is painted white in colour. Priyanka wrote on her Instagram story along with the picture, "Har har Mahadev! Happy Mahashivratri to everyone celebrating."

Priyanka was dressed in a pastel pink Indian suit, while Nick wore an ethnic white kurta. Both of them look lovely in their traditional attire.

Earlier in the year, the couple was spotted in Los Angeles enjoying Diwali and doing Lakshmi puja with their family members.

Priyanka had previously discussed in an interview, how she and her husband, Nick Jonas had incorporated their distinct ethnic rituals into their marriage. She further stated that Nick has requested that she should conduct puja before any significant occasion in their lives. 

Priyanka and Nick made the announcement earlier this year that they had welcomed a baby girl through surrogacy. Both of them wrote on their social media, “We are overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogate. We respectfully ask for privacy during this special time as we focus on our family. Thank you so much.”
