Audience is waiting eagerly for the third season to know what unfolds next in the village Phulera. Prime Video on Tuesday launched a game for the audience to play if they want to know the release date of season 3.
Prime Video's game to unveil Panchayat Season 3 release date
In the video, ‘Panchayat’ actor Jitendra Kumar asks fans to play a game in which they need to remove ‘Lauki’ (bottle gourd) to disclose the release date of the series.
He captioned the video, "Sahi suna aapne! Bas yeh ek step karne se jaan jaoge aap season 3 ki date, toh jaldi click the link in bio aur hatao saare laukiyon ko!"
Fans were quick enough to play the game to know the release date of their favourite series, but it turned out to be more than just one click step.
How to play the game
On clicking the link https://panchayat3date.com/ , the page opened with the message, “Laukiyon ke peeche kya hai? (What’s behind the laukis?) Tap to remove the lauki”
Once the lauki is removed, you are asked to share the game with your friends and return in 15 minutes to remove another lauki.
After almost 24 hours, the game is still on, with more than 8 lakh laukis removed. The date will be unveiled once all the laukis are removed.
Rumoured release date of Panchayat season 3
Meanwhile, on Reddit, netizens have started the guessing game with a user posting a poster of the show with release date mentioned on it. As per the poster, the show is scheduled to release on May 13.
There are also reports that the show may release on May 28.
