Rhea Kapoor, younger daughter of Anil Kapoor got married to Karan Boolani in a hush-hush wedding on August 14. The couple has been dating for nearly a decade and had remained tight lipped about their nuptials. And on Monday, the newlywed Rhea shared first pic of with her husband in an emotional post.
The photo has Rhea decked up in an off-white lehenga with a mesh veil, groom Karan complemented his bride in a similar coloured sherwani with red dupatta. Along with a post, the ‘Veere Di Wedding’ filmmaker Rhea penned an emotional note that reads: 12 years later, I shouldn’t have been nervous or overwhelmed because you’re my best friend and the best guy ever. But I cried and shook and had stomach flips all the way through because I didn’t know how humbling the experience would be. I’ll always be that girl who had to come home to juhu at 11 pm before my parents fell asleep. Only until now I didn’t know how lucky I was to feel torn.
