Mumbai: Singing sensation Selena Gomez has reportedly entered into rehab to medically deal with her emotional struggles, anxiety, depression and panic attacks and is going to stay there for nearly two months.
According to a report in Inquisitr, the 24-year-old singer is going to all lengths to get her life back on track.
As per sources, "The facility is a women's only facility in a secluded wooded area. She's staying for more than 60 days."
Though any further detail about the rehab has not been revealed but according to further reports "it is not a huge celebrity center or anything like that, and it's not somewhere where the star has any ties."
Shunning rumors about the actress being under influence of alcohol and drugs, the sources confirmed that the 'Same Old Love' hit-maker is not being treated for any type of drug-related problem.
Instead, the initial cause of her problems is lupus and depression.
"The rehab has a Christianity-based track, which might have been appealing given her religious background," the source added while revealing that the rehab offers intense therapy sessions and equine therapy.
In past some time, the 24-year-old actress-cum singer has been on an emotional roller coaster, starting with the shocking murder of her close friend, Christina Grimmie, in June.
Two months later, Gomez was involved in an Instagram feud with her former beau Justin Bieber, which reportedly contributed in the singer's emotional downfall.
Ever since her Revival World Tour was canceled, there were strong speculations about her being under possible drug use In fact.
Gomez, however has been completely silent on Instagram and Twitter for this entire month and has yet to say anything to fans in regard to when she will return to the spotlight and possibly, her tour.
