New Delhi: Actor NTR Jr. has arrived in Los Angeles in preparation for the next Academy Awards, where the epic historical action drama RRR's 'Naatu Naatu' is nominated in the category of 'Best Original Song' following an impressive victory at the Golden Globes.

While the actor's devoted fan base is eager to witness their hero walk the red carpet at the Oscars, the international icon recently stated to KTLA, a news station in Los Angeles, how the entire nation will be walking the red carpet as well.

"I don't think it's going to be NTR Jr or Komaram Bheem who is going to walk the red carpet. It's going to be India who will be walking the red carpet. We are going to carry the whole nation in our hearts as we walk the red carpet, I am looking forward to that!" said NTR Jr.

The actor also expressed excitement over seeing M.M. Keeravani, Rahul Sipligunj, and Kaala Bhairava play the song on the Oscar stage during the interview.

'RRR' actor Ram Charan who is in the US summed up his thoughts on the film's journey that is creating history to Sam Fragoso of the 'Talk Easy' show in Los Angeles.

"RRR is a platform where this journey is going to come. It's a way of achieving what all the hardworking directors and people in the movie industry in India wanted to see for the last 85 years. The final goal is to be recognised on a world platform.

On the historic Oscar nomination for the 'Naatu Naatu' song from 'RRR', Ram Charan said, "It is emotional for all of us. It is emotional for my dad who is waiting there. Before taking my flight, he was so sentimental that I was coming here. In 154 films he has done and 42 years he has been working, he has been to the Oscars in the 80s and that too for an appearance, and that also he felt was a huge achievement."

On the other hand, actress Deepika Padukone, who will present an award at the 95th Academy Awards, left Mumbai on Friday night by flight. Deepika Padukone will attend the Oscars at a time when India is up for three honours in the Original Song, Documentary Feature, and Documentary Short categories.
