John Abraham and Emraan Hashmi starrer ‘Mumbai Saga’, which released on March 19, opened on a slow note at the box office amid the COVID-19 crisis. The gangster drama has managed to receive good reviews from the critics and fans. The film collected Rs 2.82 crore on its very first day at the box office. While trade pundits expected the movie to pick up pace on the second day, it actually witnessed a dip on Saturday.
The much-awaited film minted Rs 2.40 crore on Saturday, taking the total collection to Rs 5.22 crore. Bollywood critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the box office collection of ‘Mumbai Saga’ on Twitter.

'Mumbai Saga', directed by Sanjay Gupta, clashed with Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra's 'Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar' at the box office. The Dibaker Banerjee directorial has failed to strike a chord with the audience despite good reviews.
