Actress Sameera Reddy who was seen in Bollywood films like 'Race', 'Darna Mana Hai' and 'Musafir' among others, has revealed that she had a stammering problem, and it was actor Hrithik Roshan who helped her overcome it. The new mommy who gave birth to her second child, a baby girl with businessman husband Akshai Varde last month, spoke of her struggles with stammering on a chat show and added that 'Super 30' actor Hrithik, who had also faced speech disorder in his life, had helped her deal with the issue.

"Due to my stammering problem, I would hesitate to speak in front of others, and (would hesitate) going for auditions thinking that people would judge me. Hrithik, being the sweet and caring person he is, noticed this, and gave me a book that changed my life. It helped me overcome my fear. Gradually, I started noticing changes in my speech. I also went to a speech therapist and started working on my speech. I cannot thank Hrithik enough for that book and I still have it with me," said Sameera.

Sameera and Akshai who were already parents to 3 yr old son Hans Varde, welcomed their daughter they named Nyra, on July 12. The two siblings also celebrated their first Raksha Bandhan this year and doting mommy had shared a picture of the two captioning it - "Happy Raksha Bandhan ❤️ finally Hans gets a Rakhi this year ???? #sister #brother #hans#nyra #rakshabandhan #mybabies"
