The fame of Bollywood shines bright but the same fame dulls out without getting attention. Film maker Neeraj Vora is going through the dull phase of his life being unnoticed. Not many know that such an eminent personality is struggling since 10 months in coma.
He was admitted to AIIMS for a long time and was shifted to his friend Feroz Nadiadwala’s residence in Mumbai.
As per the report of Mumbai Mirror, ‘’A room in filmmaker Firoz Nadiadwala’s Juhu home, Barkat Villa, has been converted into a fully-functional Intensive Care Unit (ICU). On the walls are throwback stills from Rangeela, Virasat, Hera Pheri, Phir Hera Pheri, Golmaal, Daud and Khiladi 420 and in a corner, a stack of DVDs with a flat screen TV plays him blockbusters from down the years round-the-clock. This room has been home to writer-director-actor Neeraj Vora since March 11, with a 24-hour nurse, ward boy and cook. A physiotherapist, neurosurgeon, acupuncture therapist and general physician pay him weekly visits.’’

This is miserable but the director is finally showing some signals of recovery. The same report told us that Sajid, one of his close friends who visited him, shared that he is responding to sensations and this gives us high hopes of him recovering soon.
His upcoming movie ‘Hera Pheri 3’ has been put on hold, reason being his crucial health. Actor Sunil Shetty in his interview with Mid Day told “We must make it (part 3) for fans... I believe he (Neeraj) is doing better now. Once he is fit, we will roll out the film”.
Neeraj Vora is known for movies like 'Bol Bachchan', 'Welcome Back', 'Rangeela', 'Daud', 'Mann' and many more. As a director, movies like Phir Hera Pheri and Khiladi 420 features his great work.
Warm Wishes to him for a speedy recovery. Stay tuned for more updates!
