This amazing transformation didn’t obviously take place overnight. Rana has put in all the hard work for the role and reportedly he has been training for the past five months for this role. Shuttling between weight training and cardio, he has been working out for two and a half hours every day. The actor had learnt martial arts even prior to the Baahubali: The Beginning. He has high on carbs diet and protein but without oil.
