Film business has surely been affected by PM Narendra Modi’s move of demonetization. People are still running to the banks to exchange Rs 500 & 1000 notes and not much encouraged to spend money on movie tickets. Well! John Abraham and Sonakshi Shinha starrer ‘Force 2’ still managed to score approx Rs 4.30 crore on its sixth day despite demonetization. Movie is running well at the box-office from the day one when the collection reached around 6 crores.

"Force 2" raked in a total of Rs 33.73 crore with Rs 6.05 crore on the first day of its release on Friday. On Saturday, it made Rs 6.50 crore and on Sunday the film collected Rs 7.50 crore, 4.69 Crore on day four and Rs 4.70 Crore on day five at the domestic box office. "Force 2", which is the second instalment of the "Force" franchise, also stars Tahir Raj Bhasin. The Abhinay Deo directorial is based on the intention of one man who wants to kill agents of India's intelligence agency - the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW).
The film hit the Silver Screens on November 18 with ‘Tum Bin 2 (II). Demonetization has affected the occupancy rates and the collections.
