New Delhi : Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma starrer film ‘Sultan’ has become the biggest blockbuster of all the movies of 2016 till now. Bollywood Bhaijaan Salman Khan’s latest flick ‘Sultan’ has broken all records of box office by earning Rs 142 crore in first four days of its release. Not just this, Salman’s Sultan has also broke the record of Akshay Kumar’s film ‘Airlift’.
On its opening day, film earned 36.54cr and on the day of Eid, film grossed 37.32cr. Film is getting excellent responses not just from the audience but also from Bollywood celebs.
Third day also film earned 31.10 cr and on the fourth day it did business of 37.10cr. The actor has broken the records earlier made by Shah Rukh Khan-starrer ‘Happy New Year’ and his own ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’. The movie has received very positive reviews from most of the critics as well as moviegoers and was getting overwhelming response from across the globe. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the movie is based on the life of a wrestler and what he faces in his personal and professional life. The masses were eager for the film since its inception. After an impressive advance booking, the opening of the film was gigantic. Salman plays the role of a wrestler in the film whereas Anushka is his love interest. People have applauded the film and have also tagged it as an entertainer.
