New Delhi: Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez has had a packed year with 5 releases. Her latest film 'Cirkus', a Rohit Shetty directorial starring Ranveer Singh as the protagonist, has hit theatres today, on December 23. The actress has worked with Rohit Shetty for the first time and shares a very close bond with him.
Taking to her social media, she expressed to the director for giving her an opportunity like this. She shared a series of black and white pictures from the film's sets and wrote, "‘Cirkus’ in theatres today!!! Shakespeare's Comedy of Errors, which has been turned into Bollywood comedy flicks like 'Angoor' and 'Do Dooni Chaar', served as the inspiration for 'Cirkus'.
Ranveer will reportedly be seen reprising Sanjeev Kumar's role from the cult film 'Angoor' and Varun will reprise Deven Verma’s character.
The comedy film is produced by Reliance Entertainment, T-Series, and Rohit Shetty Picturez and helmed by Rohit Shetty. Along with Ranveer Singh, the movie also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Pooja Hegde, Johnny Lever, Varun Sharma, and several other prominent actors.
Jacqueline will be further seen in her recently announced film 'Crack' and her Hollywood project 'Tell it Like A Woman'.
