NEW DELHI: 'Baahubali' craze is not going to die so soon and it's a well known fact that the magnum opus has left people craving for more. Though fans won't be getting next film of the franchise in near future but the news of Anushka Shetty, Prabhas being cast again surely elated them. After much difficulties over the leading lady, Anushka Shetty was finalised as heroine of South superstar Prabhas's next ambitious project 'Saaho'.
Unlike 'Devsena' of 'Baahubali', Anushka's role in 'Saaho' is that of a modern girl and for that she was required to shed a few kilos. Anushka started working out rigorously for her character and even skipped SIIMA 2017 in order to keep her new version under wraps. However, her weight is still bothering makers and this may lead to ousting her from the sci-fi action movie.
A source informed Bollywoodlife.com,"Anushka was training hard for her role in Saaho. However, her weight has become a bone of contention. She is still about five to eight kilo over weight. And this might cost her the film itself." No, we don't want this to happen.
Anushka who has gained weight for her film 'Size Zero' has been trying to lose it since the shooting of 'Baahubali 2' but it seems things are not turning in her favour.
Meanwhile, 'Saaho' which is being helmed by young filmmaker Sujeeth found it tough to zero in on its female protagonist. While Katrina Kaif turned down the offer as she didn't know Prabhas then (before 'Baahubali' release), Shraddha Kapoor demanded whopping amount to venture in south film industry. However, we really wish to see the magical pair of Anushka-Prabhas once again on the silver screen.
