New Delhi: Laal Singh Chaddha, starring Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan, is getting ready for its big debut in theaters very soon. On Wednesday, the creators released a stunning new poster of the movie. On the poster, Naga Chaitanya can be seen grinning while dressed in an army uniform. 


Sharing the first look of  Naga Chaitanya, Aamir Khan Productions' official Twitter page wrote: “Introducing Balaraju from Bodipalem... played by Chaitanya Akkineni! Love you our Yuva Samrat!”




In the meanwhile, the production team released the behind-the-scenes film from ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ set. The most recent clip depicts members of the film's cast and crew making their way to various shooting locations. Aamir and the other members can be seen reading the screenplay aloud and talking about the movie together at various points during the film. In addition to Aamir Khan, the video also has appearances from Kiran Rao, Mona Singh and a few more celebrities.



The script for the film is based on the 1994 Hollywood hit film, ‘Forrest Gump’ starring Tom Hanks. The plot of the American movie centers on Tom Hanks' portrayal of a man with intellectual disabilities who, despite his condition, accomplished remarkable things in his life. 


Over the span of roughly 14 years, the Hindi adaptation went through a number of revisions and changes.


The film under Advait Chandan's direction is scheduled to premiere in theaters on 11th August.
