Kajol Reveals That Ajay Devgn Is A Great Cook, Says 'He Often Cooks Amazing Khichdi For Me'

Kajol visited the sets of singing reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li'l Champs, aired on Zee TV for the promotion of her upcoming film 'Salaam Venky'. Kajol revealed that Ajay has great culinary skills.

New Delhi: Bollywood actor Kajol and Ajay Devgn are one of the power couples of Bollywood. While both are known for their impeccable acting skills, very few know that Ajay Devgn is also a great cook. Recently, Kajol revealed that her actor-filmmaker husband has great culinary skills.

Kajol visited the sets of singing reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li'l Champs, aired on Zee TV for the promotion of her upcoming film 'Salaam Venky'. The special episode celebrated 30 years of Kajol in the film industry. 

During the show, the special guest Kajol made the interesting revelation about her husband Ajay Devgn.

When Bharti asked Kajol about Ajay's cooking skills and her favourite dish that Ajay cooks, Kajol revealed: "As unbelievable as it may seem, Ajay loves cooking. We often say that some people have taste in their hands, Ajay is one of those cooks you know, who prepares any dish and it turns out to be delicious."

"Cooking is something Ajay enjoys very much, and he shuts the door of the kitchen when he is cooking. Even when he is cooking, he doesn't share his recipes or what he is preparing. He often cooks amazing Khichdi for me and that is his specialty," the actress further added.

Kajol will be seen in 'Salaam Venky', essaying the role of a mother, who fights through every challenge her ailing son faces and helps him live life to the fullest. Helmed by Revathy, the film stars Kajol and Vishal Jethwa along with Rahul Bose, Rajeev Khandelwal, Prakash Raj and Ahana Kumra in pivotal roles.

On the other hand, Ajay Devgn is currently basking in the success of his recently released film 'Drishyam 2'. The crime-thriller family drama is going strong at the box office. He will next be seen in 'Bhola'.
