Mumbai: The American sitcom ‘Friends’ first aired in the year 1994 featuring Jennifer Aniston, David Schwimmer, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc and Matthew Perry in the lead roles. The show went on to become a favourite amongst the audience and soon received worldwide recognition. ‘Friends’ aired for 10 years till 2004 and have been watched over 100 billion times on all platforms.


Jennifer Aniston who portrayed the character of Rachel Green in the popular sitcom shared a throwback video of her giving an interview. Jennifer can be seen on the sets of ‘Friends’ where she is giving an interview.

In the video, Jennifer’s co-stars can be seen interrupting her interview one by one. While sharing the video, Jennifer wrote, “#TBT Like WAY WAY BACK...Happy #FriendsReunion Day”.



The story of ‘Friends’ revolves around the six main characters of the show – Rachel Green, Ross Geller, Monica Geller, Chandler Bing, Joey Tribbiani and Phoebe Buffay. Well, much to everyone’s anticipation, 17 years after the show went off-air, the makers brought to the audience a special reunion episode of the sitcom which premiered on May 27, 2021.
