New Delhi: Janhvi Kapoor has a host of films lined up for release. Starting with 'Good Luck Jerry' and upcoming releases like 'Bawaal', the actress also recently appeared on the 'Koffee With Karan Season 7' and generated a lot of controversy for her many remarks. Recently, Janhvi opened up about her younger sister Khushi Kapoor, who is making her debut with Zoya Akhtar's upcoming film 'The Archies'.

In an interaction with India Today, Janhvi shared what she felt about her sister Khushi's debut. "I am so happy and thrilled. I have visited their outdoor shoot once briefly, their energy is so pure and I think they're making something that's from the heart and something that people are going to love. These kids are so talented and so hard-working. I've seen my sister work tirelessly and work really hard and she's auditioning for this role. She wanted this so badly, I'm just so happy for her and I hope it goes well."

Janhvi also added that if people trolled her sister, she is not going to be very happy about it. "If anyone says anything bad about her, all these trolls, I am gonna screw them up. I swear, I hate them."

When asked if Janhvi would like to give any tips to Khushi, she said, "She doesn't need tips. She is brilliant."

Janhvi's upcoming film 'Good Luck Jerry' is the remake of the 2018 film 'Kolamaavu Kokila', which featured Nayanthara and Yogi Babu in the lead roles.

'Good Luck Jerry' is slated to release on July 19, 2022 on Disney + Hotstar.

Meanwhile, Khushi will essay the role of Betty in 'The Archies' which is being helmed by filmmaker Zoya Akhtar. Besides Khushi, the film also stars Suhana Khan and Agastya Nanda, among others.
