Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor recently got a tattoo on her arm with her mom Sridevi's handwritten note.


Daughter of late Sridevi and filmmaker Boney Kapoor, Janhvi who made her big Bollywood debut with 'Dhadak' enjoys a massive fan following on social media.


And on Thursday, the actress shared a series of pictures from her getaway with friends. But what caught everyone’s attention is a video of Janhvi getting the tattoo. After the video, she posted an image to give us a glimpse of her tattoo. It read: ''I love you my labbu''.

In the other pictures, we got glimpses of her temple visits and outings at hilly stations.


Earlier on Sridevi's death anniversary, Janhvi took to her Instagram handle to share the photo of the handwritten note that she received from her mom. Remembering her late mother on her 3rd death anniversary this year, Janhvi shared a note she had received from her. The note read, “I love you my labbu. You are the best baby in the world." Janhvi captioned the post with, "Miss you (sic)."



Sridevi passed away on February 24, 2018, in Dubai, where she was attending a family wedding. She was 54.


On work front, Janhvi was last seen in 'Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl', which also starred Pankaj Tripathi and Angad Bedi. The film was released on an OTT platform. She also featured in 'Roohi' with Rajkummar Rao and Varun Sharma.


The actress will be seen next in 'Takht', 'Good Luck Jerry' and 'Dostana 2'.
