New Delhi: The highly anticipated film 'Ghost' has recently unveiled its trailer. In this cinematic venture, renowned superstar Dr. Shivarajkumar, primarily associated with Sandalwood, takes on the compelling role of a formidable gangster. He boldly declares, "This is not a tale of building an empire, but of bringing it to ruins."


Shivarajkumar's commanding presence in the trailer has sent waves of excitement through the audience, with fans describing it as nothing short of fiery. The trailer opens with an advisory urging viewers to don headphones for an immersive experience.


Right from the beginning, Shivarajkumar sets the tone with his potent proclamation, "War, the downfall of the human world, is more terrifying than the empires we've built. Empires may fade from history, but I've never forgotten those who brought destruction upon them."


The video continues to demonstrate an electrifying entry scene featuring Shivarajkumar, where all the inmates in a prison bow in reverence before him. His rugged appearance, juxtaposed against a backdrop of raging flames as he calmly smokes a cigarette, leaves an indelible impression. Subsequently, the narrative takes a thrilling turn as plans for a hijacking unfold.


Adding to the trailer's allure is its captivating background music, and beyond the intrigue of the gangster narrative, Shivarajkumar's fierce demeanor has garnered considerable attention. Clad in a black coat reminiscent of the classic gangster era, he epitomizes swag in the trailer. He showcases his prowess through a series of action-packed sequences involving kills, kicks, punches, and blazing guns.


The trailer launch was a grand affair, with stars from various South Indian film industries collaborating to unveil versions in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi. Notably, Anupam Kher also plays a pivotal role in the film. The film is described as a thrilling heist narrative brimming with intense action sequences and fiery confrontations. 


The Hindi rendition of the 'Ghost' trailer was officially released by Pen Movies. Dhanush took the honours of unveiling the Tamil version, while the Telugu version had the esteemed SS Rajamouli as the presenter. Prithviraj Sukumaran did the honours for the Malayalam version, and Shivarajkumar personally introduced the Kannada version.


'Ghost' unfolds as an adrenaline-pumping heist thriller that revolves around one man's relentless quest for justice. The film is enriched with powerful dialogues and gripping action sequences, bearing the directorial signature of Srini. It marks the second installment of the 'Birbal Trilogy'.


The film is slated for October 19, and it is set to grace screens in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.
